Our goal is to create a beloved community and
this will require a qualitative change in our souls
as well as a quantitative change in our lives.
— Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

What are we trying to do?

The idea was born of a desire to nurture a community and physical space that lifts conversations and interpersonal interactions.  It’s designed to nurture vulnerability, respect of the complexity of individual identity and deepen dialogue and understanding among participants.  It’s designed to help one another continue to think and engage more complexly, compassionately and thoughtfully as we walk our paths.

Why are we trying to do this?

We are living in a world that has systematically sought to divide us.  Whether that be due to political leaders and parties, religious leaders who are engaging from hate or a desire for power vs. the love of master teachers like Jesus, Muhammad or Buddha, or the thousands of negative ripples have plagued us generation after generation and kept us divided.  This is a first step to try to create a space that might help us all learn to heal those dynamics in our own lives, thus creating new ripples in the world.

Where do these meetings take place?

We will partner with organizations who are inclusive and align with this value system.  You can learn more about it on our New Group and Facilitator Resources page.

Who is welcome?

Anyone who desires to enhance this community by embracing the energy of it with respect and self-reflection are welcome.
